Flowey, also known as Flowey the Flower, was once a cheerful and carefree monster who lived in the Underground. He was known for his love of flowers and his ability to manipulate time. However, after a tragic event involving his best friend, Asgore, Flowey became consumed by guilt and despair. He withdrew from the world and eventually found himself in the Ruins, a desolate and dangerous area of the Underground.
